To reheat -
OVEN - remove the card lid of all containers APART FROM the meat or protein (or they may dry out during reheating)
Middle shelf of the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes or until piping hot.
MICROWAVE - remove all packaging.
Place on a microwavable plate and microwave on high power for 2 minutes 30 seconds or until piping hot.
